My favorite parts about the Baratie arc in One Piece.

I'm ending this one on a cliff hanger, not seeing the end of the fight with Don Krieg.

Hello friends and welcome back to One Piece stuff with me! I haven't had a ton of time because of cleaning my room, but I watched most of the Baratie arc in One Piece. Once again, I show my favorite bits from it, but this time I interject my thoughts as I go.

There were quite a few new characters in this one, but my favorite was Ghin because, even though he is supposedly cold-hearted, he showed that he actually had a heart for Sanji who saved his life. Doing this meant he laid down his own life.

Throughout this arc, I noticed a common theme about "heart" whether metaphorical or otherwise. Patty, another character I kinda liked, but also disliked a bit, had heart tattoos.

Red Foot Zeff talked about the heart that Luffy has that Don Krieg & his crew will never have. Zeff even had a heart for Sanji as a child, sacrificing himself & his leg for the boy. Sanji's heart is for those who are hungry, no matter who they are. Even Hawk Eye Mihawk, who is currently the world's greatest swordsman, has a heart. It was honorable of him to not kill Zoro, but to tell him to hone his skills to one day challenge him again.

I really enjoyed this arc & I am continuing to enjoy the whole One Piece series.
